Peak Bliss

Category: David Thompson Corridor

The David Thompson Corridor (DTC) is approximately 100 km west of Rocky Mountain House on Highway 11 and includes both Abraham Lake and Nordegg. The corridor is largely public land but also includes Provincial Park, Ecological Preserve, and Indian Reserve. Some care is needed to avoid trespassing.
Camping: Upper Shunda Creek Campground, Two O’Clock Creek Campground, Thompson Creek Campground, or on public land. A Public Lands Camping Pass is required to camp on public land ($30/person annually).
Hosteling: HI Shunda Creek.
